Who We Are...
The Holy Spirit Broadcasting Network is a California USA, religious non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. We are led by The Holy Spirit of God to reach the lost, disciple the saints, edify believers and equip the churches through the usage of media. We accept the revelation of the Triune God given in the Holy Scriptures of The Old and New Testaments and confess faith in The Gospel message of The Resurrection of Jesus Christ. We further assert that the Biblical doctrines of salvation The deliverance, by the grace of God, from eternal punishment for sin which is granted to those who accept by faith God's conditions of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus. , grace "Grace is the good pleasure of God that inclines him to bestow benefits on the undeserving. ~ A. W. Tozer" and faith Simply put, the biblical definition of faith is trusting in something you cannot explicitly prove. “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." ~ Hebrews 11:1 are crucial to walking in God's love, victorious Christian living and world evangelism. We will ensure that all participating individuals, groups, ministries and churches on our network will uphold the same values.
Our vision is to create, develop and present good anointed, prophetic, inspired, and supernatural content in a spirit of excellence into every household around the globe, reconciling all people back to God, through Jesus Christ, by the power of The Holy Spirit.

What We Believe...
We are led by The Holy Spirit of God to reach the lost, disciple the saints, edify believers and equip the churches through the usage of various media types. This ministry endeavors to reach every household to hear the Gospel Of Jesus Christ so that all people may believe in Him by calling upon His name to be saved. Through spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ unto the whole world, we further endeavor to build ministries, to break down denominational, racial, cultural and traditional barriers and to help people overcome all of the attacks of the enemy. Furthermore, we do hereby unashamedly profess that …
- We believe the Bible is God's inspired and inerrant written Word in the whole and in the parts and our standard, not only where it speaks of matters of faith and practice, but also where it touches on matters of interest
to science, history and government.
John 16:13 13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.; 2 Timothy 3:15-17 15And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.; 2 Peter 1:21 21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.; 1 Thessalonians 2:13 13For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
- We believe there to be only One Triune God eternally manifested in the persons of the 1Father, 2Son and 3 Holy Spirit. He is Creator, Redeemer, and the Sovereign Ruler of creation.
He is the author of truth, love and faith.
Deuteronomy 6:4 4Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord....; Isaiah 43:10,11 10Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no savior.; Matthew 28:19 19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost....; Luke 3:22 22And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.; John 14:16 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever....
- God the Father: The Father sovereignty governs His creation and human history by His wise and holy providence. He is all-powerful, all-loving, all-wise, righteous in all His ways and just in all His works. He demonstrates His fatherly love for all who become His children through Jesus Christ by caring for them, providing for them instructing them and disciplining them. His purpose is to prepare a family of redeemed people on the earth to show forth His glory. He is the mover in history in that He uses whomever He desires to accomplish His purposes. He raises up and He brings down.
- God the Son: Jesus Christ is God the Son - the second person of the Trinity. He is eternally the uncreated Word of God. aJesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. bHe was God incarnate; cHe perfectly revealed and did the will of the Father. dHe took upon Himself human nature and identified fully with humanity, yet remained without sin. He honored the Divine will and law by His obedience; through His death on the cross, He made provision for the redemption of all who would believe in Him. He was raised from the dead and appeared to His disciples. He ascended into heaven and is now exalted at the right hand of God the Father, where He is the One Mediator, effecting the reconciliation between God and man and providing access to the Father for the believer. The Father has established Him as Lord over all things and has appointed Him as Judge of the world. He is the head of the Church. He will return in power and glory at the end of the present age to judge the world, to reign with His people and to complete His redemptive mission by establishing in full measure the Kingdom and Reign of God. He will then return to the Father the government of all things, so that "God may be all in all" (1 Cor. 15:20-28). He presently dwells in all believers through the Person of the Holy Spirit as the living and ever-present Lord. He is Heir of all things. He was and is the perfect Prophet, Priest and King, representing God to humanity, humanity to God and being fully entitled to reign as King.
- God the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity. He exalts Christ. He convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment. He calls people to Jesus and effects regeneration. He inspired the authors of Scriptures and has superintended both the recording and transmission of the Scripture. He grants revelation to men and women, and quickens God's Word to them. He comforts, teaches and guides God's people and empowers them to obey God, to cultivate Christ-like character and to be witnesses to Jesus Christ. There are many experiences which are valid encounters with God, the Holy Spirit. "Baptism in the Holy Spirit", "filled with the Holy Spirit", "anointed with the Holy Spirit" are among those Scriptural terms used to describe such encounters with the Holy Spirit. These experiences should produce greater commitment to God's will, greater realization of His power, and greater edification of His Church. We further believe the Holy Spirit imparts gifts or abilities greater than our own to accomplish God's will. These gifts include miraculous healings, revelations and utterances. These gifts ought to be operative in the Church, supervised by mature leaders and ministered in love by Christians whose lives reflect godly character. "Each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification." (1 Cor. 14:26)
Matthew 4:23 23And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.; Luke 6:17-19 17And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases; 18And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed. 19And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.; John 3:2 2The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
Colossians 1:14,20 14In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.... 20And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. ; Romans 5:8-9 8But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.; Ephesians 1:6-7 6To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 7In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace....
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 3For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures....; Luke 24:4-7 4And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: 5And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? 6He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, 7Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.; Luke 24:36-40 36And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 37But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. 38And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? 39Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. 40And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.; Revelation 1:17-18 17And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
John 14:1-3 1Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. ; Acts 1:10-11 10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. ; Philippians 2:9-11 9Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. ; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 13But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
John 3:3-7 3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. ; Acts 4:12 12Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. ; Romans 3:24-25 24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.... ; 1 John 5:11-13 11And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. ; Revelation 5:9,11-12 9And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;... 11And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
Luke 24:49 49And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. ; Acts 1:4-8 4And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. 5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. 6When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? 7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. 8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. ; Acts 2:1-4 1And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. ; Acts 10:44-46a 44While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God....
Mark 14:62 62And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. ; John 5:28-29 28Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. ; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10 7And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 10When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. ; Revelation 1:5-7 5And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 6And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. 7Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. ; Revelation 20:4-5 4And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Conclusions: These principles of our faith are foundations for God's ongoing leadership in our lives. We realize that our statement of faith does not relieve us of the responsibility to live by faith. Although there are those who serve Jesus Christ whose doctrinal expressions are different from our own, we desire to walk with them as brothers and sisters. Our statements are not to be construed as walls, but as doors through which others may communicate with us and we with them.
